Guanaco food truck specializing in a Salvadoran staple food, “Pupusas" which are a thick, handmade corn tortilla filled with your choice of: cooked pork, chicken, beef, seasoned beans, mixture of aged and fresh cheeses and several fresh vegetables. Pupusas are an excellent choice for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. We also offer several other typical Salvadorian foods. All are products are fresh and bought locally.
