A graduate of the Technical University of Gdansk, for over nine years working in the implementation of projects. I have extensive experience in programming, design and implementation of applications and organization development teams. For many years interested in agile project management methodologies. Actively participated in the implementation of Scrum in several teams in different companies. I am a certified Scrum master (PSMI), and providing training with Scrum. My main area of interest is in the practical aspects of agile development teams work organization. I belong to a small group of Scrum Masters and Agile coaches with technological background.
