While being in the workforce for over 20 years, and over 10 years in management, I have developed skills that have allowed me to manage diverse teams of over 50 people and products ranging from consumer electronics, raw computer components and raw metals. I have an extensive background in people development, process development, cost control, recruiting, inventory control, LEAN Six Sigma methodology, and developing a culture that fosters synergy across department lines.
