one should not seek to understand that which cannot be understood. creation, purpose, death, afterlife, these are all simply concepts we have conjured to explain that which is not understood. the flow of the world. what is the world but a perception of the mind. we cannot understand the world through another persons perceptions. we must seek to understand that which is within the realm of our own perceptions. understand ourselves and understand the world we see. everything is connected and when one seeks to hurt something else, they truly seek to hurt themselves. perhaps we punish ourselves because we believe that we are deserving of punishment. that we have failed in some way and t
