 Maintain daily production processes to meet production target & quality
parameters & process records.
 Maintain production records.
 Ensure non-conformance during production on daily basis.
 Ensure that the operators follow work instructions & process flow chart.
 Obey the discipline, safety, regulation of organization.

Planning of Batches, Documentation, Production, Safety requirement and utility
management.
Unit process: oxidation, reduction, acid-base reaction, absorption, neutralization
Unit operations: Reactors, Packed column, Azeotropic Distillation, Vacuum Distillation,
neutralizer, Crystallizer, Centrifuge, concentrator, Rotary Dryer, Oxidation Chamber, Cooling
Towers, Vapor Absorption Machine, Boiler and also familiar with various types of Centrifugal
pumps, Vacuum pumps, Blowers.
Hazardous Chemical Handled: Nitric acid. Sulphuric acid, Oxalic acid, Sodium
nitrite, Diethyl Oxalate, Benzene, Ethanol.

Project on “Design of process of manufacturing 4-hydroxy coumarin”.
In this project we study different process for manufacturing this product
out of that we select reaction between 2-hydroxyacetophenone with
diethyl carbonate, sodium hydride. For that process we done material
balance, energy balance and design of reactor, distillation column, re-
boiler, condenser, filter, Decanter, dryer etc
