The Headache Journal iPhone app helps users track headaches and migraines, information that patients can share with doctors. Keeping a journal as the headaches occur will allow users and doctors to choose a better strategy for controlling headaches. Developed by Mike Sowell, a leading neurologist and headache specialist, it provides the capability to record the various features of headaches or migraines (duration, severity, location, preceding aura, associated symptoms and triggering factors), including the degree of disability, any medication taken and your response to medication.
