North Dam Mill offers personal training rates for private training and small group sessions at their facility or within 10 minutes. For private training, one hour sessions are $52 each or $172 per month with a 6 month commitment, while half hour sessions are $37 each or $124.70 per month. Small group training rates for 2-5 people are $18 per person for one hour sessions and $13 per person for half hour sessions. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
