The Process Improvement Institute provides training and consulting services to help companies meet their safety, risk, and reliability challenges. Mr. Burch is a senior engineer and instructor with the Process Improvement Institute, Inc. (PII). He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in plant and operations management, process engineering, project management, business process optimization, and continuous improvement. He has developed, customized, and taught courses internationally in Safety Leadership, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and Mechanical Integrity. In January he was a featured presenter at the SABIC Safety Symposium in Saudi Arabia.
