G. Chugaszyan’s career path has moved across different institutions, different sectors and different nations. He has experience covering governmental, business, civil society and academic sectors. Currently he is an expert of the Steering Committee on the Media and Information Society (CDMSI) of Council of Europe, member of the High-level Panel of Advisers of the UN Global Alliance for Information and Communication Technologies and Development (GAID).
