important to make a good first impression. Unfortunately,

most important part of your application. Name the required skills
you fulfill and do not bore the client with unrequested information
about programming languages, your company history and other
skills the client is not interested in. Keep it short and simple!

I have 6 years of experience in Word Press and PHP, working as an
independent freelancer since 4 years now, both on-site and remote

Step 4: Argue with specific reasons
why you should be hired.
Try to specify reasons why you should be hired for this project. List at
least 2-3 reasons, and maybe 1-2 links of previous work in your
portfolio which are comparable to the client’s requirement.

I have designed and developed 23 websites for different industries
and clients, e.g. a website for a Real Estate Company in the USA.

request […].

Step 5: Estimate time frame and
budget for the project!
Hard facts are always important. If the project description makes it
possible, you can estimate the time frame you need to complete
the project and offer a rate.
Example:
Based on the provided project details, I estimate to complete your
project within 4 weeks after clarifying all requirements, project
details and mile stones. My rate for the project is […].

Step 6: Include your profile link
and contact details!
If the client is interested in your application letter, he will love to
