An accomplished operations and security management professional with many years of experience in the field, Fred Ray Sampson currently works with the Multi Country Security Solutions Group/ANSO in Kabul, Afghanistan. As the Program Manager for Afghan Security Guards and U.S. Staff, he manages all aspects of a multi-million dollar security contract with the United States Department of Defense Special Operations Command in Afghanistan. In addition to overseeing all ASG/Special Forces fire base operations throughout the country, Fred Raymond Sampson successfully deployed all Afghan Security Guards and U.S. Site Managers.
