In 2002, as an industry first, launched a paid membership B2B portal (www.portalfk.pl), which became a great marketing and financial success and took the company way ahead of the competition. Together with his team at Wydawnictwo Wiedza i Praktyka he launched other 9 portals on the market. During his 5 years as CEO of WiP he created a growth of revenues of 84% and increase in the number of paid subscription products from 35 to 76. Has sound experience in building and managing a team of hundreds of employees (more than 200 full time employees and around 500 freelancers). Founded 3 companies. Occasionally speaks at events and trains entrepreneurs.
