1. What can a landlord do?
My parents had a lease on the townhouse in florida. My father passed away and mo
other wasnt able to pay for the house. My mom gave him the warnings and said he
can show the house to rent it out sell, etc. it was a 60 day notice. we since mo
ved out, and he rented out the space....but he also sued her for eviction. now h
e is trying to get more money out of my mom even though she doesnt have a job or
