• Offering money, packs, or a split
• Offering less tangible things
• Non-aggressive threats
• Any form of wagering

• Intentional Draw

10. But why not?
• In-game strategy should be only
motivation
• Tournament-structure strategy is a
necessary evil
• Anything resembling gambling is EVIL
• The impact of Bribery is more than
just these two players

• Prevention >>> correction

round
• At the beginning of the five extra turns
• At the beginning of the Top 8
• At the beginning of the finals

13. And how not?
“The general philosophy of Bribery is that’s it’s
illegal to link an incentive and concession.
Therefore, when we’ll be back at the table, you
can say what you want but if at any point I believe
you have linked your opponent’s concession (or
yours) to any offer, you will have committed
Bribery and will be disqualified. I’d strongly
recommend you stay away from such grey area.”

14. And how not?
“ If the intention is to bribe or illegally influence
a result, it doesn't matter how they say it. A
judge cannot help you legally bribe someone,
and that should be clearly explained to the
player.”

Less tangible things? Yeah, like ‘I’ll agree to scoop for you next time’ or even ‘I’ll give you a ride home’
DQ: well OK, not everything here is named ‘DQ’. But I liked to use the word ‘DQ’ everywhere here.
