As Agile thinker it is my goal to help organizations with successfully optimizing ICT processes and ICT - Business Alignment using Agile, Scrum and Lean principles. In the past I've guided Agile transitions at various organizations, including PortBase, Bol.com, Triodos, Oracle, Het CAK, CCS, PANalytical and others and now I'm doing this in my current position as Software Development Manager at Mendix.
