1.Main provisions
1.1. The Organizer of promotional Black Friday Giveaway Contest
(hereinafter, the Contest) is Curious Ahead (Digital communication service
provider). Legal address: Michalakopoulou 91 St., floor 5, office I, Athens,
Greece (hereinafter the Organizer).
1.2. The prize fund of the Contest is formed at the expense of the Organizer
acting in the interest of the Organizer’s partner eBay Inc. (hereinafter, the
Organizer’s Partner) located at the address 2145 Hamilton Avenue, San
Jose, CA 95125, USA.
1.3. The Contest website is https://www.instagram.com/ebay_greece/?hl=ru
(hereinafter referred to as the Site).
1.4. People over the age of 18 permanently residing in Greece (hereinafter
referred to as Participants) are allowed to take part in the Contest.
1.5. Participation in the Contest implies that a Participant is aware of the
T&C and fully agrees with them. Employees and representatives of the
Organizer, Curious Ahead, members of their families, affiliated persons, as
well as employees and representatives of any other individuals directly
related to organizing or holding this Contest are prohibited from taking part in
the Contest.
2. Contest Period
2.1. Competition period is from 18 November 2020 till 23 November 2020
(inclusive).
3. Prize fund
3.1. The prize fund is formed at the expense of the Organizer. Total
number of guaranteed prizes is 3 items.
3.2. Prize items:
3.2.1. The winners in the Best Comment for Task nomination shall
receive a coupon for purchases on www.eBay.com. Precisely, the 1st
winner will get $50 coupon and those taking 2nd & 3rd places will get a
$25 coupon, as mentioned in the task. Total number of prizes is 3.

3. 4. Contest Agenda
4.1. In order to take part in the Contest it is necessary to be a registered
participant on the Site, follow the contest page and mention another user.
These actions shall take place every day from November 18, 2020, till
November 23, 2020, 23:59 CET.
5. Winner Determination Criteria
5.1. The winners shall be determined by randomly and criterion including:
5.1.1. Compliance of the published comment with the requirements of the
Contest specified in clause 4.1;
5.2. The winners shall be announced during two days after the contests are
finished.
5.3. The Organizer shall reserve the right to check any Contests posts, and
not to consider the Participant whose Contest post — in the Organizer’s
opinion — includes expletive, offensive or provocative hints. The Organizer
shall also reserve the right to disqualify any Participant that attempts to
interpose into the process of conducting the Contest, or submits the Contest
post that fails to comply with the T&C, or — in the Organizer’s opinion —
undertakes fraudulent actions or actions aimed at damaging the Organizer’s
business reputation or the reputation of the Contest conducted by the
Organizer.
6. Summation
6.1. Each Winner shall be notified via a personal message or in
comments below the Task post on Instagram and via the announcement
post/story.
6.2. The Prizes stipulated in item 3.2 shall be provided to the Winners via
a private message until November 30, 2020 the receipt of the data
stipulated in item 6.1 by the Organizer.
6.3. No monetary equivalents or substitutes shall be given instead of the
Prizes.
6.4. The Prizes shall not be given to the Participant failing to comply with
the Contest T&C.
6.5. By taking part in the Contest, all Participants agree to accept and
fully comply with the T&C.
6.6. The Contest Winners are allowed to refuse to accept the Prizes.

4. 7. Final provisions
7.1. The Organizer shall hereby confirm that the personal data received from
the Winners according to the list and the procedure stipulated in item 6.1
shall be used in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU)
2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 on the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR).
7.2. The Organizer's decisions on all issues related to the Contest shall be
final and irreversible, unless otherwise is provided in this Terms and
Conditions.
7.3. The Organizer shall reserve the right to publish additional information
about the Contest, or change the Contest T&C provision without prior
notification of the Participants.
7.4. The Organizer shall reserve the right to not enter into written
negotiations or any contacts with the Contest Participants.
7.5. Should it be impossible to conduct any stage of this Contest for any
reason, including those related to malware in computers, the Internet
disruptions, defects, manipulations, unauthorized interventions, illegal /
unethical actions by the participants or third parties, falsifications, technical
failures, or any other reason beyond the Organizer’s control which distort or
affect the execution, safety, honesty, integrity, or proper conduct of the
Contest, the Organizer shall be entitled at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, change or suspend its conduct, or discard the results and re-
launch the Contest.
7.6. All disputable issues related to this Contest shall be governed by the
applicable legislation of the Hellenic Republic.
7.7. Participation in the Contest shall mean the Participants' full agreement
with the Contest T&C. Disputes shall be settled in a court at the Organizer’s
location, i.e. Athens, Hellas.
7.8. The Contest shall not be deemed a lottery or any other risky game.
No charges shall be collected for the participation in the Contest.
7.9. All the Contest Participants shall independently pay all expenses
incurred due to their participation in the Contest (including, without
limitation, expenses related to accessing the Internet).
7.10. Should the Organizer identify any violations of the T&C by a
Contest Participant, the Organizer shall be entitled to demand that the
Participant recover the losses, including, without limitation, the cost of the
prize received by the Participant, the taxes paid on it and other
compulsory payments.
8.Other terms and conditions
8.1. Participation in the Contest means that the participant gives consent
to providing personal data obtained by the Organizer during the Contest,
including surname, name, patronymic, email, other personal data, and
processing of this information by the Organizer, including collection,
systematization, accumulation, storage (including if claims arise, during
the period stipulated by the law), specification (update, change), use
(including in order to give prizes, contact the Participants personally),
distribution (including by transferring the data to third parties),
anonymization, blocking and destruction of personal data. processing of
the above-mentioned personal data may be mixed (a combination of
automated and non-automated processing). A Participant can withhold
the above-mentioned consent by sending an information to the Organizer
by post with delivery confirmation. In this case such a person has no right
to participate in the Contest, and the Organizer may claim damages from
such a person, including the cost of the prize. The participant's consent
to personal data processing is considered to be withheld in 30 days from
the date on which the Organizer receives such a written notification from
the participant.

5. 8.2. The Contest Organizer is not liable for any damages or loss (incurred
directly or indirectly), and physical damage caused in relation to holding the
Contest or receipt of the prize by the Winner.
8.3. After the Prize is given to the Winner, the Winner bears all risks related
to the Prize (including tax risks).
8.4. The Contest Organizer is not liable for inaccuracy of information in the
Internet, for operation of equipment or software used during the Contest,
and for any technical error or errors discovered during the Contest, including
omission and deletion of information, a breakdown in communication, a
delay in software operation or transfer of information, a failure of a telephone
line or a line of communication, mobile or satellite communications
networks, overload of the data transmission network on the Internet, or load
on the server of the website, a failure of the software, theft, destruction or
unauthorized access to the Contest Works, and damage caused to the
computer of the Participant or any other person as a result of participation in
the Contest or downloading materials about it from the Internet. The
relationship between the Participants and Organizer (as well as authorized
organizations) and the disputes related to the Contest will be governed by
the legislation of the Hellenic Republic.
8.5. If for any reason the Contest cannot be conducted in accordance with
the approved plan due to technical problems, unauthorized intervention,
fraud or for any other reason beyond the control of the Organizer and able to
influence the administration, security, fairness and proper conduct of the
Contest, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who tried
to intervene in the process of the Contest, and to cancel or suspend the
Contest or change its terms.
8.6. In the case of force majeure, including war or terrorist act, the
Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Contest or change its
conditions.
8.7. Contest Participants are responsible for compliance with copyright
protecting laws regarding the published texts. The Organizer is not liable
for any copyright and intellectual property rights infringement committed
by the Contest Participants.
8.8. These T&C are posted at the Contest Site.
