Active with the New Jersey Association of Educational Leaders, Erick Alfonso serves as Superintendent of Schools with the Secaucus Board of Education. He oversees curriculum improvement projects and drives strategic funding initiatives that have brought in more than $3.7 million in state/federal aid and grant funding. Erick Alfonso’s work in Secaucus has extended to managing a realignment of elementary schools across the district. Dr. Alfonso successfully launched district satellite programs with Ramapo College in teacher and educational leadership. These reflect his responsibilities with Ramapo College as a graduate professor focused on curriculum, leadership, and research.
