The very next thing you are going to have to do is to begin a new type of workout program. Your
new routine should include weight training for all the large muscle groups in your body like your
chest, back, arms, shoulders, and legs. It should also include a few days of some intense cardio
training.
Here's an example of a good workout routine you can do to start getting ripped fast.
Monday - chest and back weight training
Tuesday - 30 to 45 minutes of intense cardio
Wednesday- Biceps, triceps, and shoulders weight training
Thursday - 30 to 45 minutes of intense cardio
Friday - Legs ( quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves) weight training
Saturday - 30 to 45 minutes of intense cardio
In addition to implementing a new workout routine, you are also going to have to completely
change the way you will eat for the next 90 days. For most people, they fall into one of two
categories. Either they are eating too much, or not eating enough. Here's a quick way to figure out
exactly how much you should be eating.
Take your body weight and multiply it by 10. This will give you the amount of calories you need to
simply be alive (pump blood, breathe, grow hair, nails, and skin.)
Example - 190lbs X 10 = 1900 calories
Next take that number and add 20% to it. This number represents the amount of energy you are
exerting throughout the day.
Example - 1900 + 20% = 2280 calories
Take this new number. Now add 600 to it. These are the calories needed for you to do the intense

Example - 2280 + 600 = 2880 calories
Now divide the total number of calories by 5. This is the amount of calories, or food, you should be
eating five times a day so that you can start getting ripped fast.
Example - 2880 / 5 = 576 calories per meal
As you can see from the above example, this is a pretty significant amount of food. The key to it all
is to eat those five meals a day and never go more than three hours without eating. By changing
the way you're eating, with the addition of an intense workout program, you will ignite your
metabolism and have it start burning body fat extremely fast.
Again getting ripped fast is something that is completely possible, that is if by getting ripped fast
you mean about 90 days. Could you do it faster? Perhaps, but for the best results 90 days should
be your target. This gives you more than enough time for that big event like a wedding or class or
a family reunion that may be coming up. Plenty of time to start getting ripped fast before the
summer months or to get ready for that vacation.
