I have been in the software industry since 1980, working for database software and database technology tools companies since 1986. I came up through the technical ranks, as an Applications Developer, MIS Manager, Quality Assurance and Customer Support Engineer and later Manager. I enjoy building eclectic, top quality technical teams that deliver high quality engineering products and services to our customers. I measure my success by the success of the people that work for me and the customers who use our products.
