2. A 12 years old male
patient came to the
Dept. of Pedodontics
and Preventive dentistry,
with the chief complaint
of fracture of upper
anterior tooth.
H/O trauma 5 days ago.

3. On intraoral
examination:
Elli’s class III fracture
of 11 seen, with
multiple fracture
fragments.

4. Treatment plan :
• Root canal treatment of 11;
• Followed by fiber optic post;
• Re-attachment of fractured part
• And ultimately light cure build up of 11

5. Access opened, pulp removed
from canal

6. After obturation fractured part
attached to the crown by
flowable composite
Fiber optic post fixed with
flowable light cure composite

7. Postoperative: after crown built
up by light cure composite
