Our primary objective has been to create a high performance hospital model that can be implemented reliably across hospitals, regardless of ownership or other variable. The major qualifying element is finding CEOs dedicated to the proposition that hospitals can be made radically better and who are willing to lead the charge. Our job has been to assist in providing a workable change model, providing a war horse to ride. We don't think we're here to change the world, just the pieces we can get our hands on. We greatly enjoy working with America's healthcare management marines.
