I am fond of health care as I think health is the most precious value one ever has and suffering patients are the neediest people who deserve care. I believe in teamwork that synergizes individual efforts, actually health care service is not “one man’s show” any more. Management is one of my basic concerns, as it is one of the three major roles of a competent family physician.
