food, table/full service restaurants, automotive, commercial habitation, etc. Operate
refrigeration + ATMs per regular business practice + hours. Gas Stations: (12) hour
operation period each day w/backup power or built-in hand pumps for fuel distribution.
General Retail + Community Service - Provide power to operate in emergency mode for at
least (16) hours of emergency mode operation + provide needed equipment for refueling OR
