2. The City of Big Lake has decided to correct their earlier error of reducing density and restore the intended zoning. Therefore, we would like to stay in as a 50% owner so we can flip it April, 2008 or carry it until April of 2009 and flip. We would not be developing because a partner /investor typically would like to get their investment back and profit so they can move on to their next venture. The Monticello School Dist. has written a letter supporting the density because they over built their schools. Most of this land is in the Monticello School District. This became too good a deal to not stay with.
