Synergy Development's President, Thomas Kaufman graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 1985. Tom founded Synergy in 1994, after serving 8 years in the non-profit industry as IT Director and Development Director of one of the industry's leading charities. Tom has had a long time passion for creating systems that serve people; and explains "I get a kick out of it and view my job as an extension of the non-profits we serve. It's my responsibility to keep their data running smoothly so they can spend more time on their mission. Succeeding at this goal is what motivates me to do my best each day, for each customer."
