9. To release the fundus

11. Tunneling is done and gold finger is introduced

12. Bypassed stomach is free from the pouch

13. Gastrotomy over a bougie by a hook

14. Enterotomy is done 200 cm from a D J Flexure

15. Staple fired after aligning the gastric poch with the jejunum

16. Wide anastomoses between gastric pouch and jejunum to
prevent stricture formation

17. On bougie few stay sutures are taken which helps in firing stapler

19. Stay sutures which helps in firing the stapler

20. Gastroenterotomy is closed

22. Fully stapled gastrojejunostomy
