08:00-09:00 Introduce the project and tourism in Nam
Dam.
Present 3-day program in Quan Ba.
09:00-12:00 Trekk around Nam Dam village then Lung
Tam commune, visit hemp cooperative.
Car pick up at Lung Tam to go back Nam
Dam
Medium -difficult trek. Around
800m steep down trek; visit
hemp shop, H'Mong people
(Mông hoa)
12:00-13:00 Lunch at Han's house
14:00-17:00 2 options:
- Visit Kho My Caves and Kho My village in
Tung Vai commune. Car picks up and goes
back Nam Dam.
or
- Trek to Nam Son, visit waterfall “Trẻ em”
(children) then go back Nam Dam
2 caves (one difficult), prepare
spotlights, trekking shoes and
clothes suitable for slippery
Difficult trek, bad road, nice
waterfall. This route is suitable
for off road for motorbike tour

13:30-17:00 Trek Nậm Đăm - Trúc Sơn - Pản Hò - Hoàng
Lan Cao - Quyết Tiến

17:00-18:30 Finish the Quan Ba visit.
Car picks up TOs at Quyet Tien People's
Committee to go back Ha Giang city.
The project covers
accommodation in HG
according to cost norm.
Day 4

07:30 - 18:00 Travelling HG - HN by car. The car stops at Caritas Hanoi
Office in La Thanh hotel.
The meals on the way are not
covered
*Note:
 The project provides accommodation at homestays, meals and transportation
(16-seat car from HN-QB-HN) for all participants in 3 days visiting Quan Ba
from 13-15 September.
 The car picks up all guest at 07:15am on the 13th
and stops on 16th
at Caritas
Hanoi Office, Building A, La Thanh hotel, 218 Doi Can Street, Hanoi.
 Meals on the way traveling from HG - HN on 16th
are not covered.
 All guests are responsible for filling a feedback form about the homestay and
services after the visit and send to the organizer by the end of the trip.
 Due to the different difficulty levels of trekking routes, all guests are highly
recommended wear good shoes and clothes suitable for trekking. Female
participants should bring sun block unless you wish to have “a dark skin”.
 Any guests having ellergic with insects please bring your own insect sprays to
avoid insect at the homestays.
