David Hercot is a Medical Doctor (MD), with more than 10 years of experience in Public Health and Family Practice. Since January 2013, he is scientific collaborator at the Brussels Health and Social Observatory. (1) Between 2008 and 2012, he has been working at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp in the Health Policy unit focusing on the link between international health policies and developing countries’ national health systems. His main duties have been to strengthen the voice of Global South experts in Global Health (2).
