1. Report on Marco and his Mom health test
Marco
Flexibility Marco got a score of 10 on the cigarette smoking topic, which means he never
smokes.
On the second topic, Alcohol and Drugs, he got seven points out of eight points.
On the third topic, Eating Habits, he got again seven out of eight points.
On the topic regarding Exercise Fitness, He got a score of 6 out of 8. He needs to exercise a
little bit more to get that perfect score.
On the Stress Control topic, he got 10 points, which reflects how well he handles stress.
Marco is old enough to get a driver’s license yet he doesn’t have one. Because of that he got a
perfect score.
Marco’s mom
She got a score of 5 because she smokes but not as much as she did before.

On the third, Eating Habits, she got another perfect score!
On the fourth topic she only achieves four points out of eight. She only does exercise once or
twice a week and that is if she is in the mood or not tired.
On the topic Stress Control he got eight out of ten points.
On the Sixth She got a perfect score.
Fitness test
Marco’s had an amazing performance in almost every one of the tests!
On the Sits ups he did 69 giving him anexcellent mark.
On the Press ups he did 45 giving him another perfect mark!!
On the Flexibility test he did 42cm giving him another perfect mark!! How amazing is that.
On the Standing Long Jump he did 2.60m giving him an above average mark.
On the Aerobic resistance He did 52 giving him a below average mark. He has to improve a
little bit.
