DCS automation. Then crushed clinker mixed with Pozzolana, Gypsum and Dry-ash to
make Portland Pozzolana Cement.
PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN:
Project: Electrostatic Precipitator
Objective: To increase percent of dust remove from exhaust gas stream.
Description: In precipitator, electrostatic charged particle of the dust in gas stream was
attracted and deposited on plates or other collection devices. When enough dust had
accumulated then collectors was shaken to dislodge the dust which fall due gravity in
hoper so that more dust can be trapped.
Project: AUTOMATIC LAWN CUTTER BASED UPON SOLAR ENERGY

2. Object: To make electro-mechanical automatic machine to reduce the human effort
Description: In solar grass cutter, the machine is powered by solar panel which store in
the battery, relays which act as lever are used to provide direction to the wheel. Wheel
and lawn cutter are driven by dc motor using microcontroller.
