Teach Like a Champion’s Mission TLAC’s work begins with the belief that the solutions to education challenges exist in the classrooms of real life teachers, that the exceptional practitioners of the art of teaching are the true experts. We find outstanding teachers (from charters, districts, private schools), study their teaching in depth, break down their greatness into concrete, replicable actions, and then design trainings to make their actions manageable and accessible so that teachers and schools can replicate their success.
