A fitness professional since 1985, David has taught people of all ages and levels a safe sensible approach to exercise. His early childhood experiences in recreation, fitness, and sports led him to formally study teaching methods of individual, dual and team sports. With a commitment to lifetime fitness David practices what he teaches: daily focused activity and a balanced nutritional plan. David's philosophy, "Life is a game and we are all athletes: academics, business or sports we all compete at some level. Being fit allows us to compete at our best, making the most of our lives."
