We aspire to disrupt business models of Silicon Valley
internet giants such as Google, Facebook, Twitter,
Yahoo completely and also regional internet giants like
Baidu, Yandex and VK.
At some point, a global tech stock market crash
event will be inevitable as their business models are
being disrupted completely for the greater good of the
tech ecosystem and online business community.

2. Problem:
Google and the other companies absolute power in
dictating artificially high Adwords click prices and also
by imposing oppressive advertising policies and
algorithms are driving millions of small internet business to
the edge.
This kind of inhumanitarian business practice is
considered the greatest threat to the survival of millions of
smaller internet business and also to the overall tech
ecosystem balance.
If the millions of small internet businesses can’t thrive as a
result of this, obviously healthy market development,
consumer welfare and the rate of innovation of the tech
ecosystem would be severely impeded.

3. Solution:
• By unionizing a powerful enough Adwords advertisers to side with
us through building a huge list of Union contact database,
Advertisers are in a favorable position to perform collective
negotiation with Google. Strong-arm tactics will be implemented
should Google fail to comply to advertisers union demands.
• Google’s current quarterly revenue is $14b and their net income is
about $3.30 billion a quarter. Adwords makes up 95% of their
revenue and net income.
• Let’s say if we can get 3,300 major Adwords advertisers who
spend at least a million dollars per quarter to side with us by
collectively lower down click prices substantially or to mass
pause campaigns for a quarter, Google’s quarterly net income
result will be effectively $0 or worse, incurring a net loss.
Alternatively, 6,600 advertisers set 50% for the daily maximum
ad spend for a quarter.

4. Solution continued:
• That way, we can seize control of Google’s earnings, pricing,
margin and power dynamics completely.
• This will shift power, wealth and financial security back to the
millions of online advertisers with much cheaper, fairer and
transparent ad click prices as their businesses are currently
oppressed by Google’s ruthlessness in dictating ad click prices and
policies.
• This is a new Innovative business model and idea which disrupts
Silicon Valley internet giants business model completely and
solves an existing trillion dollar industry problem. It has never
been thought of or done by anyone else before.

5. Target Market Size:
Customers: Our customers are mostly large
advertisers of those internet media platform.
Market Size: The global internet media and
advertising industry is collectively worth about $50
billion plus in revenue a year.
It is estimated that there are about tens of millions
of online advertisers globally and the potential
scale of the market is astronomical.
More importantly, building a global phenomenon
startup could potentially make this a multi-billion
dollar valuation tech company.

6. Business Model:
We intend to make this service free of charge for the union.
Once we have build a powerful enough union, we might charge
certain major advertisers for leveraging us to negotiate certain
policies, consultation or legal service with Google in the future.
But for the most part, we intend to make this union service free for all
of our union members as this is the best way to gain traction and
user base.
Revenue would be mostly derived from fundraising. We hope to
raise money mostly via the exposure of viral tech media articles,
word of mouth through social media, public support with online
donation to crowdfund this idea.
Continual revenue streams will include online donation from global
supporters of this cause and fund contribution from the union.

7. Competition:
As I’ve mentioned before, this is a new business model and idea which
disrupts Silicon Valley internet giants completely. It is something which has
never been thought of or done by anyone else before.
I’ve already pitched this idea to most of the major influential media
companies journalists from the US and they have already expressed great
interests regarding my story.
When this eventually become a featured story, it is very likely to become a
global phenomenon by breaking headlines, going viral rampantly with
extreme bad news and thus, crashing Google’s market value completely.
It is just a matter of time before this idea will be exposed and be known to the
world. Yes, just think of me like Edward Snowden and Julian Assange leaking
disruptive blueprints to the world media.
Competition: It would be impossible for others to assert any claims as the
creator of this idea to the media as this will make them come across like
‘false prophets’. The market traction as a result of the global phenomenon
coverage will enable us to have unassailable market lead.

We can only provide updates regarding the progress of
the startup as this venture has not been fully kickstarted
yet.
Major milestones will only be available once the startup
has become a global phenomenon as a result of a viral
media sensation.
