1. Perry Heights 7th and 8th graders will be attending the IceMen
Education Day game on November 6th.
The cost is $6 per student (which includes $1 for transportation and
$5 admission). A box lunch will be provided.
*Family members are also able to purchase tickets though Perry
Heights for $5. You will need to provide your own transportation.
Please return this permission slip, along with payment,
to school by Friday, October 19th.
