Fellow Consulting´s Order Bot is a branch- independent ordering
application which offers your costumers complete new and easy way
of ordering.
Available on each main messenger tool, like Facebook and Co. It
allows super fast ordering without signing in to any additional 3rd
party ordering tool. Just stay within your Facebook account and place
the order at your favorite restaurant or shop – without installing any
other app or remember logins or websites.
Fellow´s bots are available also for service and support. Customers
get immediate response on frequently asked questions while your

App“ for 37 of their Shopping Centers. The apps are
available for iOS and Android devices. Users can visit
their favorite Shopping Centers online and offline to get
the latest offers and news and also log into their
customer accounts directly from their mobile device.

Fellow´s Sales Planning tool is a tailored application for
Lavazza Coffee Company to help the Sales department
optimize the number and quality of customer visits.
Sales Reps are now able to do visit planning and
documentation being en route, can swiftly react on
cancelled appointments and plan the number of visits
based on customer value (based on Targets). They can
easily access all relevant customer data, no matter if
having an internet connection or not.
