Since 1999, I have been working as a strategic consultant and trainer in projects including areas such as: R&D and Innovation, New Business Models, Lean & Six Sigma, Industrial Optimization, Statistical Quality Control; Metrology; etc. These activities are being developed by two companies that I founded with other partners. The first company, AFERYMED, was founded in 1999 and I was responsible for its certification as a metrological verification entity of prepacked products, in 2001.
