For the last 25 years I have been helping clients with strategic change, HR, talent and learning challenges - designing and implementing change and transformation projects. I have worked across the globe, from Australia to the US, Middle East, Russia and Europe, with a few side trips to Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. My early career was in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather Australia, moving to London to gain international experience. This included launching a new business whilst at The Creative Business to focus on branding and communication strategies, experimenting using consumer behaviour insights and techniques to address internal organisational change.
