I'm primarily a web application developer with extensive experience working with the classic LAMP stack. I value clean, maintainable code that is expressive, well thought out and which has a clear direction. I work best as part of a small team in an office environment that is both relaxed and driven to succeed (it can happen!). I don't like meetings; in my opinion, more can be accomplished when two or three people work collaboratively at a white board creating a solution than 5 to 10 people sitting at a table talking about 'possible attack plans'.
