Remember the good old days?
The good old days of happiness, nice companionship
Ours was good camaraderie, indeed!
I wish I could bring them back
I wish you were here with me- again
To revive the beautiful days we had.
But how? This question is popping big before my eyes
You’ve changed… you’re so far now…
So different from the person I knew before …
So unreachable.
So I have to admit, those days are mere treasures now
Of a past to be reminisced every now and then
And to be kept in my books of memory gems
Yes, my sole possessions are these memories
Photographs and diaries
But I’ll always remember, that for once in my life
WE’D BEEN FRIENDS…
