As CEO, CFO, and Administrator of St. Gabriel’s Hospice & Palliative Care, he shaped a model centered on “People Caring for People.” Chris Cain Hospice and his team worked to meet patients’ physical needs while also supporting their emotional and spiritual well-being. Since 2012, he has expanded St. Gabriel’s into a hospice agency serving 300 patients and employing over 200 staff across Texas, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Lubbock, Houston, San Angelo, Corpus Christi, and Tyler. His duties include overseeing budgets, human resources policies, recruiting, operations planning, accounting, and sales management.
