This document provides daily technical analysis and trading recommendations for several commodities on the NCDEX market for June 25th, 2015. It analyzes the Dhainya, Turmeric, Jeera, and Mentha Oil commodities. For each commodity, it provides a daily candlestick chart showing support and resistance levels. It then provides a justification and recommendation for either a long or short position on each commodity based on indicators showing oversold or buy/sell signals from oscillators. Positional recommendations include entry and stop loss price levels.
This document provides information about families, including definitions of what constitutes a family. It discusses the benefits of living in a family, such as having one's physical and emotional needs met. Families fulfill basic human needs as defined by Maslow's hierarchy, starting with physical survival needs and progressing to needs for safety, love, esteem and self-actualization. The document examines families from various perspectives, including the roles they play in socializing children and supporting each other.
Proposed and designed a preliminary highway route. Illustrated all the topographical features of the site. Designed horizontal and vertical curves. Analyzed to check if the design satisfied all the AASHTO Greenbook criteria.
Building Information Modeling(BIM) is a developing technology in Architectural,
Engineering & Construction industry today. It represents the use models to assist Designing,
Planning, the construction & Operation of Facility. It helps everyone from Owner to Supplier in
visualizing the facility as it is to be built & in identifying the challenges that would come forth in
building of that project. In this paper how BIM can be used in Facility Management &
Maintenance would be discussed how ever initially this paper puts light on the BIM technology
in construction Industry.

The project involved designing of two different types of Rigid pavements using the
AASHTOWare Pavement ME software.
1) JPCP (Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement) : It was designed as a three layered structure,
the layer distribution being as follows:
Layer 1 – PCC – 16 inch
Layer 2 – NonStabilized (Crushed gravel) – 8 inch
Layer 3 – Subgrade (A-1a) – Semi Infinite
Jointed plain concrete pavement uses contraction joints to control cracking and uses
reinforcing steel in form of dowel bars.
Transverse joint spacing is selected such that temperature and moisture stresses do not
produce intermediate cracking between joints.
This typically results in a spacing no longer than about 6.1 m (20 ft.).
2) CRCP (CONTINUOUSLY REINFORCED CONCRETE PAVEMENTS) : It was
designed as a 4 layered structure, the layer distribution being as follows:
Layer 1 – PCC – 11.3 inch
Layer 2 – Stabilized – 4 inch
Layer 3 – NonStabilized – 8 inch
Layer 4 – Subgrade – Semi infinite
CRCP is concrete pavement reinforced with continuous steel bars throughout its length.
Its design eliminates the need for transverse joints (other than at bridges and other
structures) and keeps cracks tight, resulting in a continuous, smooth-riding surface.
Re‐work has been estimated to cost an additional 10% of the total project cost to the project
owners. On Mega construction projects, the cost isn’t the only thing of concern, the public image of the facility
gets tarnished as well. It is imperative that the transition of project between construction and operational be
handled with utmost care.
Airports are of great importance to a developing nations infrastructure and act as a mode of pride to the
nation. These project schedule is generally devised to ensure earliest start of the facility. Issues creep up
towards the last stages of construction phase when activities relating to operational preparations imbricate.
This paper aims to understand how an ORAT (Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer) program is charter
out to ensure minimal delays and 0 rework post the AOD (Airport Opening Day).
Having a collaborative BIM resulted in drop in change order related costs. These cost
still exist, these costs can be associated to T&M (Time & Material). Primavera P6 is combined
with 3D BIM model to form a 4D model likewise data from Estimation software is used for 5D
modeling. This paper aims to identify the potential of integrating Change order management
from Primavera Contract Management into BIM process and to establish the cost of change
orders on the project.
The document is an IRS Form 990 for Meals on Wheels Association of America for the 2011 tax year. It summarizes the organization's mission, programs, and finances. The organization's mission is to provide national leadership to end senior hunger. Its largest program services by expense were helping train and promote proper nutrition to local agencies, obtaining government grants for community nutrition services, and hosting an annual conference to promote information exchange. Total program service expenses were over $4.2 million.
This document summarizes a case study on customer buying behavior for Algol Technics, a company that specializes in marketing driver seats. It includes a literature review on relevant marketing concepts and theories. An analysis of Algol Technics is provided using a SWOT framework. The empirical study utilized qualitative and quantitative methods, including an interview with the sales manager and an online survey of current and prospective customers. The results identified areas for Algol Technics to improve their marketing strategies, particularly in strengthening their brand awareness and optimizing communication channels. Recommendations were made based on the findings.
