Dry
Uruguay without rain
Is a Uruguay with pain.
The countryside is dry
And here we cry.
When Uruguay is dry
The people begin to shout
And all Uruguay become sad.
Wet
When in Uruguay it rains
The people feel great.
When the countryside is wet
The people say hooray.
We start hearing drops of water
We go outside,
Getting wet doesn’t matter.
