2. • The central idea of Project days 2013 "projects and strategies for a brighter future." Namely under the
theme of the event for a little indirect connection with the current global financial and economic issues
faced by most of the world, but the Project days does not want to discuss the "crisis". The organizers of
this event believe that this term in the last period all too often, it is often quite "normal" seems to have a
crisis and it is for this reason "normal", that nothing be done that "normal "it's all bad and that it will
continue to be bad and that is almost" abnormal“ if someone wants to be normal. Such considerations do
not agree and can not be accepted. We can only accept a debate on issues such as: what are the right
strategy and the right projects for "a better tomorrow", how to design and implement the right strategies
and projects what is necessary to provide and how to make sure that we can implement the right strategy
and projects what it can and should be the role of the youth in these efforts.
• With the Project days 2013 we want to encourage a positive attitude taking into account the reality and
objectivity to encourage wider and unconventional thinking by emphasizing ethics and responsibility
necessary to achieve prominence in today's scarcity of "normality" and to achieve the diversion of young
people and society in Law and a brighter future. We want to contribute to ensuring a resurgence not only
of the Slovenian economy but society as a whole - hence the need for a wider discussion of the event and
Project days we want to contribute to this.
• With Project days 2013 aims to contribute to building stronger ties between students, businesses and
college/university. So we want with this event business, economy and the wider environment pointed out
that students are curious and ambitious and able to co-operation and implementation of the various types
of projects. As such we want to present it as an alternative and unloaded source that businesses and
others available for prepare and take part in real projects and new as is common practice in other
economically developed, countries. Furthermore we want the students to "first-hand" the representatives
of the companies we know and learn how to prepare and manage projects in practice and to learn about
others experiences. An important aim of the project management days is to provide a place or forum
where you experienced project managers and other representatives of recognized researchers and
project-strategic management share a wealth of knowledge, experience and thinking about future plans.
Students especially want to hear so as not only learn about features business environments of the past
and present but also the future in which we will soon be major players and in this role as the most
appropriate way.
3. Project days 2013 is onde-day event in which:
• students showing their own past achievements attention economy and the wider environment that are
curious, ambitious, capable and thus so beneficial for the course of study for inclusion in the preparation
and implementation of various types of projects that are taking place in the Slovenian economy and other
organizations. They want to present it as an alternative, unloaded and therefore an objective source that is
a business, cultural, sports, etc.. Environment available in the process of preparing and implementing real
projects and new, as is common practice in many of the most economically developed areas.
• the performers talk about the different skills, methods and techniques, approaches, tricks, attitude and
everything else necessary to ensure the successful design and implements strategies and projects.
• experienced strategic, project managers and other well recognized individuals from the world of culture
and sports exchange with renowned Slovenian research project and strategic management knowledge and
rich experiences, but thinking about the future and the necessary strategic projects and (re) policies -
which are students especially want to hear so as to not only learn about the characteristics of the business
environments of the past and present but also the future, which will soon be major players and in this role
as the most appropriate way.
• company representatives presented their well-known and successful (possibly even less successful but
empirically important) projects;
• presents the most topical issues professional development project and strategic management;
4. • professors MAG Programme Strategic and Project Management presented the activities of directions in
Economics from the Faculty of Maribor;
• representatives of the Institute of Project Management presented the strategic development of their
thinking and project management institute in Slovenia;
• company representatives will talk about the importance of culture and ethics of the company and thus
trying to show students how important these two virtues that are good only get involved in the market;
• how the project management and strategic impact on the profit and non-profit organizations on the
Slovenian market;
• influencing the strategic approach to the business as a whole and on individual organizational functions
such as marketing, finance, human resources;
• influencing company policy, different strategies and visions for the company and the market;
• we will show you how to deal with projects as a project manager in a matrix structured organization;
• set up a variety of new formal and informal ties and will be scored a number of other direct and indirect
effects.
