The orange party: Socialist party
The green party: Liberal green party
The blue party: Conservative party
The country has national debts but is receiving a triple A credit rating.
There has been political unrest in the country but it never influence the
constitution.

It has always been really difficult to settle on a national budget.
The orange party.
The orange party is a socialist party, who believes that all people are equal and
should have the rights to the wealth of the country. They believe that everyone
should have equal pay and that the division between rich and poor should be
reduced.
The orange party believes that all businesses should be nationalized and
owned by the people. They want to ban private ownership and make
everything into collective properties.
The orange party is very active in saving the environment and have suggested
collective green energy given for free to the people. But they do not want to
harm the national economy at present time.
They believe that all should have civil rights and the right to vote, but if
someone speaks against the will of the people they should be executed. People
who commit treason towards the nation should face execution.

The green party is an environmental liberal party. They believe in doing well for
the world comes through the private sector. They want to dissolve all government
companies and privatize as much as possible, with the restriction that they have to
operate in an environmentally safe way.
The green party believes that homosexuality is a sickness and unnatural, they want
to ban it but has resolved to not allowing homosexuals to marry. They also believe
that voting should only be allowed for people who own land or property.
They don’t believe in health care instead they believe that caring for one’s health
should be paid by one self. They believe in organic farming and have often
proposed a total ban on pesticides and non-organic fertilizer.

The Blue Party

The blue party is a conservative party, the oldest party in Celland. They believe
in the absolute freedom to control your own money and that higher income
people should have the right to keep their money.
The blue party wants to privatize as much as possible, but also believe that a
certain amount of control should be held by the government.
The blue party thinks taxes should be banned or at least stay at an absolute
minimum and that government spending should be as low as possible. They
believe that government should be run as a business and have a surplus at the
end of the year. The party has a lot of members who are also board members in
large companies such as the local oil drilling company.
The blue party is a very religious party whose ideology is rooted in religion. They
believe in the death penalty as means of preventing crime.

We want to cut taxes for the higher income people by 15 %. (-15 Billion)

We want a pension scheme for the higher income elderlies. (-500 Million)
We want invest in military equipment (- 1 Billion)

Non of the parties have an absolute majority and they have to relay on
negotiations to put together a national budget. If 2 parties vote in favor of a
proposed budget it will pass.
Each party gets points from how many of their suggested changes they get
trough. If they get one of their 10 ideas through with their own budget they get
100 points if the only get 75 % of their funding they get 75 points and so on.
Should they violate their absolute no’s they will be penalized 50 points and if
they act against their main ideology they loss 100 points. If they compromise
on the budget but make side deals on proposed legislation which benefits
their over-all ideology they earn an additional 100 points, ex. The orange party
gives up higher taxes if the blues votes in favor of homosexual marriage, the
orange party will earn 100 points for using the negotiation to benefit their
voters.
The negotiations are presided over by the over-all judge (teacher), the judge
can warn the parties if they are about violate their absolute no’s or politics, the
judge can also create situations in the countries like general strikes or natural
disasters. The judge can also be asked to mediate in case of a dead-lock. Party
members are allowed to pass notes and have side meetings among themselves,
but there has to be one from each party at the negotiation table at all times.
If a final budget is not reached with in a time frame the country is dissolved
and taken over by the military, all parties loss.
The negotiator from the party has to get approval from his or her party before
he or she can say yes or no to a proposal.

  • 10. Non of the parties have an absolute majority and they have to relay on negotiations to put together a national budget. If 2 parties vote in favor of a proposed budget it will pass. Each party gets points from how many of their suggested changes they get trough. If they get one of their 10 ideas through with their own budget they get 100 points if the only get 75 % of their funding they get 75 points and so on. Should they violate their absolute no’s they will be penalized 50 points and if they act against their main ideology they loss 100 points. If they compromise on the budget but make side deals on proposed legislation which benefits their over-all ideology they earn an additional 100 points, ex. The orange party gives up higher taxes if the blues votes in favor of homosexual marriage, the orange party will earn 100 points for using the negotiation to benefit their voters.

The negotiations are presided over by the over-all judge (teacher), the judge can warn the parties if they are about violate their absolute no’s or politics, the judge can also create situations in the countries like general strikes or natural disasters. The judge can also be asked to mediate in case of a dead-lock. Party members are allowed to pass notes and have side meetings among themselves, but there has to be one from each party at the negotiation table at all times. If a final budget is not reached with in a time frame the country is dissolved and taken over by the military, all parties loss. The negotiator from the party has to get approval from his or her party before he or she can say yes or no to a proposal. Good luck
