We are a converged communications service provider focused on the substantially under-served markets in Iraq and the surrounding region. We facilitate predominantly international connectivity by offering two main types of services: carrier class circuit switch services to Iraqi, Middle Eastern and multi-national enterprises, governmental entities, and other service providers; and coinless phone booth services which are based on packet switched, or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), technology. We are seeking financing to expand into another carrier class service offering - packet core, or internet backbone services, which we will offer to other providers, as well as utilize in our existi
