I am a veterinarian with experience ranging from large animal practice and meat inspection to public and animal health policy, national and international administration to scientific research in the fields of bacteriology, epidemiology and preventive veterinary medicine. My mission and vision is to optimize animal health and welfare in our current food animal production while minimizing risks to public health.
