timid, and unwilling to take the lead? You will need to reverse such behavior and become far more
outgoing and lively. This does not necessarily mean you need to be cocky or aggressive. You
simply need to display a positive, direct manner that is tempered with grace.
What is meant by grace? On the most basic of terms, this means you will display a high
knowledge of social skills. You will act in a manner that is polite and likable and avoid any public
displays where you act in a manner that would detract from people's opinion of you. Sometimes,
saying little, listening a lot, and presenting confident body postures can work significantly in terms
of the ability to present an Alpha attitude.
When to start acting in such a manner, you need to slowly listen to the cues other people give you.
Alpha behavior often commandeers respect from others and positive vibes. If you start noticing an
uptick in people's attitudes towards you that display such vibes, keep doing what you are doing!
