I have been an Amgen Fellow of the National Science Teachers Association, and recipient of the American Vacuum Society's Educator Grant. I was graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors in Chemistry and the Jewish Theological Seminary with a masters in Sacred Music. I am the mother of a wonderful 5-year-old son.
