Nature of Assignments handled by the firm
• Development of the Uniform Budget & Accounts Manuals for Urban
Local Bodies in Andhra Pradesh on behalf of Centre for Good
Governance, Hyderabad, an agency of the Government of Andhra
Pradesh to carry out reforms in the State of Andhra Pradesh. This
project for budgetary and accounting reforms was undertaken as part of
the World Bank recommendations.
• Capital Structure planning, Development of MIS & Accounting
systems (including selection of appropriate software), drafting of Joint
Venture Agreement and bottling agreements for a Joint Venture
Company.
• Valuation of the shares of the Government of Andhra Pradesh held in 8
select companies in association with Capital Fortunes Limited.
• Valuation of the shares of M/s Jegurupadu Operating Maintenance
Company(now known as GVK Infrastructure Limited) under the RBI
Regulations for the purpose of acquiring the shares from the foreign
joint venture partner by the Indian joint venture partner.
• Valuation of the shares of Tobacco Diversification Investments Private
Limited for the proposed amalgamation.
• Strategic study on the operations of HITVEL, a venture capital asset
management company promoted by SIDBI, APIDC and APIIC and
transaction advisory services including drafting of MoU for the
