      Local Bodies in Andhra Pradesh on behalf of Centre for Good
      Governance, Hyderabad, an agency of the Government of Andhra
      Pradesh to carry out reforms in the State of Andhra Pradesh. This
      project for budgetary and accounting reforms was undertaken as part of
      the World Bank recommendations.
