To build muscle without weights, one has to understand what makes a muscle grow in the first

traditional weight training methods, you are moving your body through a range of motion, where

many of today's weight-trained bodybuilders.
This system of isometrics trains your muscle fibers in an orderly, systematic way that causes
complete muscle exhaustion. And this is done in only a fraction of the time of lifting weights
or using some other apparatus.
This is how it works -- You contract the muscle at the key point where the most muscle fibers are
stimulated. For example, for the bicep, this point is at about the point where your arm is
bent at 90 degrees. Build up the tension to the "hardest" contraction you possibly can...
Then HOLD that tension until completely exhausted. This usually takes only seven to ten
seconds. And that's it. Then you go onto the next muscle.
It really is as simple as it seems. Modern science has finally joined with old-time muscle
building, and has developed this new brand of isometric training. You only spend 10 to 15
minutes a day working out your whole body. And you build muscle without weights.
